The Amsterdam Handpan Studio, was founded by the duo Deniz Kavafoglu and Joris Cohen.Two handpan players who met 8 years ago on the museum square, in their beloved city of Amsterdam.
Their collaboration arose from the shared passion for the handpan, and besides working together, quickly grew into close friendship from which many beautiful performances have blossomed.

Sound Artist was founded by musician Prana Rising on the belief that everyone is inherently musical. What started as one person’s love for the handpan has become a full creative space, a place for learning, performing, discovering instruments, and connecting with a community that shares the same passion we do.
Since he first encountered Yishama Pantam, Liron strongly believed in it’s great future.
as of now, Liron has used exclusively Yishama-made instruments for already several years, and for years to come.
Maalouf is a founding member of the organization Pantam Collective that regularly hosts handpan and world percussion educational workshops in Brooklyn, NY and other U.S. cities. As a performer, Maalouf has shared the stage with the Brooklyn Raga Massive, the Asheville Percussion Festival, Ensemble Signal, Grammy-nominated violinist Layale Chaker, National Arab Orchestra in Detroit and was a featured artist/performer at the Griasdi Handpan Festival in Austria in 2018.
