Handpan Creation Questionnaire

Yishama Handpan – Personal Tuning Form

Each handpan we create is a deeply personal process — not just a musical instrument, but a vessel of sound, spirit, and story. This questionnaire is here to help us tune in to you — your energy, your intentions, and the deeper layers that call you to this unique instrument.

You’ll find a mix of practical questions alongside more emotional and spiritual ones. There are no right or wrong answers — just your truth. Feel free to share as much or as little as you like. The more we understand who you are and what you’re seeking, the more aligned and meaningful your handpan will be.

We’re honored to walk this path with you. Let’s begin.
